Hawaiʻi Workforce Funders Collaborative (HWFC) is a partnership of philanthropic organizations that works with nonprofit, private, and public partners to support the development of a unified strategy for workforce development in Hawaiʻi.

With a broad and diverse set of stakeholders gathering around a complex and multi-faceted issue, clear and concise messaging was a high priority. Paʻakai supported HWFC in developing key messaging around the why, how, and what of the organization to create internal alignment, then deployed messaging and a refreshed visual brand across channels to promote the release of HWFC's comprehensive 2025 workforce report.
